Key Responsibilities
Assist masons, carpenters, plumbers, and other skilled workers
Load, unload, and move construction materials
Prepare and clean work areas and tools
Support basic construction tasks as instructed by the supervisor
Follow site safety rules and company policies
Assist with minor repairs and site maintenance
Requirements
Previous construction site experience preferred
Physically fit and able to perform manual work
Willingness to follow instructions and work in a team
Basic knowledge of construction tools is an advantage
