to support our skilled trades team at various job sites in Al Karama, Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of tasks including site preparation, loading/unloading materials, cleaning work areas, and supporting masons, carpenters, electricians, and other skilled workers as needed.
Priority will be given to candidates with previous UAE/Gulf experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist skilled workers in construction tasks such as mixing materials, carrying tools, and setting up equipment
Load and unload building materials
Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazards
Help erect scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures
Follow safety guidelines and instructions from supervisors
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
Requirements:
Previous experience as a construction helper or general laborer preferred
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
Willingness to work in outdoor and physically demanding environments
