:

Must have started career as a labourer.
supervisor on-site interior projects (offices, retail, residential), coordinating teams of tradespeople, subcontractors, and materials to ensure compliance with design drawings, high-quality finishes, and safety regulations. Responsibilities include daily schedule planning, inspecting carpentry/joinery/MEP works, and managing site safety in accordance with UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Execution:

Supervise daily on-site fit-out activities (partitions, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, and MEP installations).

Drawings & Specifications:

Read, interpret, and implement architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Team & Subcontractor Management:

Lead, instruct, and monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure productive workflows.

Quality Control:

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets project specifications and high-quality standards.

Scheduling & Progress Reporting:

Plan daily/weekly tasks to meet project deadlines and provide progress reports to Project Managers.

Safety Compliance:

Enforce Dubai Municipality regulations and site safety protocols.

Resource Management:

Manage materials and tools to minimize waste.

Requirements

Experience:

5+ years of experience as a Fit-Out Foreman, preferably within the UAE.

Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, and MEP coordination.

Communication:

English/Hindi/Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Technical:

Ability to read shop drawings.

License:

A Valid UAE driving license is often required. Physically fit and able to work in demanding, fast-paced site conditions.
