For more information, visit Worley.com Construction Engineer Accountable for: · Site construction and fabrication co-ordination activities to ensure project safety, schedule, budget and quality requirements. Scope includes CAT C, Shared Services, Site Service TAR and MM · Front End Loading Activities - Construction - Prepare and Lead Constructability Reviews, Construction input to Design, Construction input to schedule and cost · Muscat based residential role · Functional report to Construction Director Responsible for: · Regular Site Visits for Corporate Safety Walks, Construction Shift Changes and any project management requirements. · Installation Readiness per Material Management Module and processes and when engaged in TAR projects, TAR readiness guidelines will be followed. · Liaison with Project Team to ensure full engagement and understanding of Projects · Liaison with project representative in Muscat Office and resolution of issues that may arise. · Support schedule development and monitor and report trends. · Coordinate the overall work effort to maintain the schedule and budget within agreed parameters, reporting progress and performance against contract and project specific KPI's. · Schedule information, forecast, review, analysis and update. · Input to weekly Area Readiness Checklist (ARC) gate Readiness Review with SWIS Portfolio Planner and Project Team. · Carry out any assigned Quality SV's ARC Readiness, Work Pack Readiness etc. · Assign Right 1st Time SV's to site Team coordinate and maintain reviews and issue to Quality team for compliance. · Attend and input on Project Site Readiness Meetings CAT C MM & Site Services. · Attend and input to BP Site Readiness meetings for CPF and GWES · Participate in Project Risk Management Processes (Per Program Management Plans). · Review and approve final construction work packs. · Review and Approve all Project LOSH P&ID's · Review, input and Approve Project CCLBD and Road Maps · Review and approve Project CTR's · Manage response to Site Queries (SQ) and other requests from site in a timely manner. · Support verification of progress claims and claims for variations. · Monitor and report on required recruitment of the project site team in line with requirements Allocation of Priorities to the Discipline Superintendents issued in line with project baseline requirements and overall Portfolio Schedule requirements. · Support continuous improvement in construction and fabrication delivery. · Develop project construction execution and work plans as directed. · Develop construction sequencing and logic during detailed design development · Ensuring site survey support to Engineering and maintenance of site survey register. · Monitor and support development of construction deliverables, specifically Work Packs and Job cards.
