We are seeking a qualified and experienced
Civil Engineer with a valid G+4 license from Dubai Municipality
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing site execution, coordinating with authorities, and delivering mid-rise (G+4) projects across the UAE.Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil and structural works on active construction sites Ensure work execution is aligned with approved drawings, project specs, and safety regulations Liaise with
Dubai Municipality
, consultants, and subcontractors for approvals and inspections Prepare method statements, work programs, and material submittals Conduct quality checks, respond to RFIs, and monitor corrective actions Submit progress reports, maintain documentation and update logs Assist in BOQ reviews, project scheduling, and estimationQualifications
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
Valid G+4 license
from Dubai Municipality (mandatory) Strong knowledge of civil codes, structural systems, and local authority requirementsUAE Driving License
