Construction Engineer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects. Monitor and ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and safety regulations. Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contractual documents. Supervise site activities and manage site foremen, and workers. Conduct site inspections and ensure work is done according to approved plans and quality standards. Prepare progress reports and report regularly to senior management. Resolve any on-site issues or delays and ensure smooth project execution. Ensure adherence to safety standards and implement site safety protocols. Verify material orders and manage deliveries, inventory, and logistics. Conduct regular meetings with site staff and contractors to discuss progress and resolve challenges.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in construction project management (GCC/UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proven leadership and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple projects or large-scale developments. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
