Role Overview

We are looking for highly skilled

Construction Engineers

with a strong background in civil and structural construction to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and UAE building codes.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and oversee construction activities on site from start to completion. Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs for execution. Supervise site teams and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management and clients. Coordinate with consultants, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, municipality requirements, and project specifications. Ensure proper resource allocation (materials, manpower, equipment) for efficient execution. Assist in preparing method statements, risk assessments, and technical submittals. Verify and certify quantities of work completed for billing and reporting purposes. Identify potential issues or delays and propose corrective actions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

or related field. Minimum

5-8 years of proven experience

in construction engineering, preferably in

residential, commercial, or high-rise projects

. Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, municipality regulations, and industry best practices. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and other construction management tools. Solid understanding of structural works, concrete, finishing, and infrastructure elements. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Good communication skills for coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
