Job Description
Job Location - Dubai Salary -AED 8000 - 10,000 Industry -Civil Construction Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Civil / Architect PMP or an equivalent technical
- 8+ years in UAE as Project Manager representing Client/Consultant (On site, worked in project methodology submission and method statements)
- Must have Understanding of the key items of construction contracts
- Must have Understanding of logistics and Construction sequencing, structure, formwork systems, Planning, QS & Project standards Classifications
- Civil Construction with ground-level experience on-site
- Excellent communication and Analytical skills
- Planning/Scheduling
- Risk Management
- Construction Phase Management
- Labour Management
- Commercial / Cost Management
- Client Management
- Reporting
- Do you have knowledge & understanding of the construction contracts
