The firm are seeking a Construction Disputes Associate with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and Middle East experience.

Provide expert legal advice and assistance on a wide range of construction-related disputes.Manage and oversee construction arbitration and litigation cases from inception to resolution.Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft legal opinions, and develop effective dispute resolution strategies.Collaborate with partners Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices in the Middle East construction sector.Maintain and develop strong client relationships
Profile
Qualified solicitor with 4-6 years of PQE, specialising in construction disputes.In-depth knowledge of Middle East construction disputes.Proven experience in handling complex construction disputes.Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
