The firm are seeking a Construction Disputes Associate with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and Middle East experience.

Provide expert legal advice and assistance on a wide range of construction-related disputes.
Manage and oversee construction arbitration and litigation cases from inception to resolution.
Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft legal opinions, and develop effective dispute resolution strategies.
Collaborate with partners
Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices in the Middle East construction sector.
Maintain and develop strong client relationships
