Construction Cost Planner
Job Description
Job Responsibility Cost planning and estimating during design phase; Guiding teams of Cost Engineers and Quantity Surveyors; Construction phase cost and project management; Managing cost, budget and timelines of multiple projects in parallel; Assisting with feasibility studies, capital cost advice; Knowledge of Life-cycle costing. Minimum Requirements Completed Bachelor's / Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management A minimum of 8 years' experience is required in the Quantity Surveying field, ideally applicants would have spent a significant time working in the Middle East, with a focus on multiple asset types. Very good numeracy skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
