CONSTRUCTION CIVIL Engineer Responsibilities: While a project civil engineer\xe2\x80\x99s role is to provide technical support and engineering expertise for the effective execution of a project, their responsibilities can be critical to success. Monitor all site safety and legal requirements
Review project proposals and plans to develop project objectives
Identify project phases and elements
