Constructability Professional
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Constructability Professional to join our project management team. This role is critical to our project success, acting as the bridge between the design/engineering phase and field execution. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive hands-on construction leadership experience to review project plans, identify potential issues, and ensure that our designs are efficient, safe, and practical to build.
Your primary goal is to prevent costly delays, budget overruns, and safety incidents by resolving construction challenges before they get to the field.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience in the field as a Construction Manager, Construction Supervisor, or Superintendent.
Expert-level understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, and site logistics. Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications across multiple disciplines (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; must be able to identify a problem and propose a viable solution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to collaborate with and challenge design engineers and project stakeholders. Deep knowledge of construction site safety regulations (e.g., OSHA standards).Job Type: Full-time
