Parsons is looking for an amazingly talentedConsolidation & Reporting Lead to join our team! In this role you will get to contribute towards the Consolidation activities within clients departments and ensure that the Consolidation process is completed in time, thereby ensuring the finalization of the Consolidated financial statements.

**What You'll Be Doing:**

**Consolidation & reporting**

+ Ensure the Consolidation reporting template in accordance with the businessrequirements and applicable financial reporting framework is maintained andupdated.

+ Regular reviews of the Consolidation policies and procedures within QD andensure that it is in line with the applicable financial reporting standards andother regulatory requirements.

+ Review inter-company balancesaEUR(TM) matching schedule and ensure that they areagreed upon and properly adjusted on consolidation

+ Consolidate relevant sub-schedules and thereby ensure that the consolidated account balances are properly supported with the subschedules.

+ Liaise with regional offices and review their Consolidation packages toensure that all relevant information is included.

+ Ensure monitoring the currency translation adjustments in the Consolidationprocess

+ Ensure proper reflection of the acquisition transactions and other keyfinancial transactions in the consolidation work sheets across all entities.

+ Liaise with external auditors of QD and its subsidiaries to ensure effectivecompletion of the Consolidated financial statements

+ Solve key accounting issues

+ Prepare standalone financial statements

**Other duties**

+ Oversee the activities of junior consolidation & reporting analyst.

+ Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**

+ Bachelor degree in Accounting and/or Finance

+ 7+ years of experience in General Ledger Accounting or in preparation offinancial statements

+ Qualified accountant.

+ Ability to work under high pressure within fixed time frames.
