This full-time role requires conducting independent research to identify potential leads, engaging with global prospects, providing on-site event support, and managing stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Generation:
Conduct independent research to identify and qualify potential leads.
Reach out to global prospects via calls and emails to promote and secure event participation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets for events.
Event Support and Stakeholder Management:
Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations.
Manage relationships with stakeholders, including sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees.
Act as a professional representative of the company at events locally and internationally.
Administrative and Coordination Duties:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
Prepare post-event analyses to improve future strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven 3+ Years of experience in events sales, conferences, or exhibitions industry.
Strong research skills for lead generation and market analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Willingness to travel internationally as part of the role.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
