- Construct detailed programmes with high level expert speakers produced on time and to budget as per the production planning schedule.
- Conduct detailed market research to target delegate growth and increase content quality and relevance.
- Conduct on-site feedback with exhibitors, speakers and delegates and feedback to the Senior Management Team as part of the post show analysis.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams in order to recommend commercial sponsorship opportunities/leads, and assist with writing/distributing promotional materials as well as social/digital media engagement and updates.
- Support and mentor Conference Producers
- 2+ Years experience in Conference Production
- Fluency in English, reading, writing and speaking, Arabic is a plus!
