About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Conference Producer

with a solid background in organizing and delivering high-impact conferences in the

energy, sustainability, and innovation sectors

. The ideal candidate will have

at least 5 years of experience in the UAE

conference landscape and possess a strong network of industry stakeholders, thought leaders, and government entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth industry research to identify trending topics, challenges, and opportunities in the energy and innovation sectors. Develop strong conference agendas with compelling themes, session topics, and speaker line-ups. Secure top-tier speakers, panelists, and moderators through professional outreach and relationship building. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with commercial goals and audience targets. Liaise with sponsors and partners to ensure content relevance and commercial value. Oversee onsite delivery of the event and support the team with speaker management, run of show, and crisis handling. Analyze post-event feedback for continuous improvement and planning.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven track record of producing B2B conferences, particularly in

energy, innovation, or sustainability

sectors. Must have

minimum 5 years of UAE experience

in conference production or related roles. Strong research and content development skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality programs. Well-versed with industry trends and key players across the GCC region.
