Condition Monitoring Engineer(vibration Analysis)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Condition Monitoring Engineer with strong expertise in rotating machinery diagnostics and laser alignment within the marine and offshore industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in predictive maintenance techniques and the ability to work both onshore and offshore.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out condition monitoring using vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and ultrasonic techniques.

Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and provide corrective recommendations.

Prepare detailed technical reports and share findings with project teams and clients.

Ensure machinery reliability and performance by implementing predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.

Work on offshore vessels, rigs, and marine facilities in compliance with HSE standards.

Knowledge of laser alignment mandatory.

In depth Knowledge of In-situ Balancing

Requirements



Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years' experience in condition monitoring within the marine or offshore sector. Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, vibration analysis, and alignment procedures. Certification in vibration analysis (ISO Category II) preferred. Hands-on expertise in laser alignment tools/software is mandatory. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Willingness to travel and work offshore/onshore as required. Experience in Balancing.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
