The ideal candidate will have experience in sales / diagnosing concrete deterioration / applying advanced repair methods / managing projects to ensure structural integrity and compliance with industry standards.
1. Concrete Repair Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site inspections to assess damage and deterioration in concrete structures.
Diagnose root causes such as carbonation, chloride ingress, corrosion, settlement, or impact damage.
Design appropriate repair methodologies including surface preparation, crack injection, rebar treatment, and structural strengthening.
Prepare structural design calculations, drawings, and specifications .
Ensure compliance with local and international codes
Select and specify suitable repair materials (epoxies, mortars, FRP, corrosion inhibitors, coatings).
coordinate site execution including quality control and safety compliance.
Prepare reports, BOQs, and progress tracking.
Coordinate testing, quality assurance, and report documentation.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's in Structural Engineering.
3+ years in concrete repair or rehabilitation.
certification preferred.
Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD; BIM/Revit is a plus.
2. Business Development Executive / Engineering & Projects
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new leads and develop relationships in infrastructure, construction, or industrial sectors.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations.
Track tenders, prepare bids, and support contract negotiation.
Collaborate with technical and estimation teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
