Responsibilities:
Operate the concrete batch plant to produce concrete mixes
Monitor materials, mix designs, and production schedules
Ensure quality control and consistent batching
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance
Keep the plant area clean and safe
Communicate with dispatch and drivers
Requirements:
Previous batch plant or plant operator experience preferred
Knowledge of concrete mix designs is a plus
Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
Basic mechanical and computer skills
Reliable and detail-oriented
