to ensure strict implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at our concrete mixer/batching plant and related sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies at the concrete mixer plant
Conduct daily site safety inspections and risk assessments
Ensure safe operation of mixer plant, equipment, and vehicles
Provide safety induction and toolbox talks to plant staff
Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports
Ensure compliance with local authority and company safety regulations
Monitor use of PPE and safe work practices
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as a Safety Officer (concrete mixer/batching plant preferred)
Strong knowledge of HSE standards and site safety procedures
Ability to identify hazards related to concrete production and heavy machinery
Good communication and reporting skills
Mandatory / Preferred:
NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent HSE certification
Knowledge of UAE safety regulations is an advantage
