Site Supervisor Assistant

for a crucial short-term civil works contract on a solar project.

This hands-on role is for individuals with practical site experience and a strong focus on execution and quality checks.

Role: Site Supervisor Assistant (Concrete & Alignment)

You will be the eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring the work is executed correctly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Directly supervise

and monitor labor teams working on solar foundation (concrete) and structural alignment tasks. Perform basic, visual quality checks for concrete pouring, curing, and structural leveling on site. Ensure all daily work is completed according to the site instructions provided by the Senior Engineer. Maintain a focus on site safety and discipline among the workers. Report daily progress and issues promptly.
Essential Requirements:

Minimum of 2

years of direct, hands-on site experience

in heavy civil construction or industrial sites.

Must have practical site experience on solar/PV projects

(foundations or alignment).

No high formal educational qualification is required

--practical experience is the priority. Must be physically fit, willing to work long hours on site, and highly reliable.
