As the Concierge Team Leader, you will oversee the smooth running of concierge services, ensuring personalized experiences for every guest. Your leadership will ensure the team consistently delivers on Jumeirah's promise of luxury, from booking exclusive experiences to managing transport and guest inquiries with precision.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily concierge operations, coordinating with Guest Relations, Transport, and Front Office
• Conduct daily briefings, ensuring VIP needs, events, and special guest requests are managed
• Resolve guest issues promptly while upholding Jumeirah service excellence
• Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai attractions, dining, tours, and events
• Support team development through mentoring, training, and hands-on leadership
• Ensure proper use of concierge systems like Opera, HotSoS, and Sevenrooms
• Enforce compliance with safety, service standards, and SOPs at all times

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years in a concierge leadership role at a 5-star hotel or resort
• Fluent in English; Russian or other European language highly desirable
• Proficient in Opera PMS (Cloud), Microsoft Office, and other guest service tools
• Deep familiarity with Dubai's hospitality, tourism, and luxury services market
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing a culturally diverse team with attention to detail
