Rixos Qetaifan Island North Opening in 2023, Rixos Qetaifan Island North will comprise a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort will boast panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country's biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North's Waterpark attraction. The Icon Tower is the world's highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres. Concierge Supervisor Within the general guidelines given by the hotel management, this position is responsible for ensuring the entire concierge team provide accurate information and personalized solutions to all guests' inquiries concerning hotel facilities, venues and functions.

Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities like Planet 21 What you will be doing: Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously. Assist guests with all inquiries, both hotel and non-hotel related. Attend shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known. Maintain good relationship with Airport Concierge, retailers and other service providers within the vicinity and ensure that information on their promotions is up to date. Maintain detailed knowledge of the activities of the day and of key occurrences in your city/location including directions to key points of interests, restaurants, theatres, shopping, cinemas, sporting and recreational facilities, banks, consulates, transport systems and special events. Maintain adequate supplies of forms and brochures and ensure that they are presented in line with the hotel's operating standards. Consult Logbook for information/requests left by outgoing shift. Manage guests' mails, messages, courier services and parcel postage as requested by guests. Maintain order and security of guests' keys and other selected keys kept in Front Office, ensuring key issue policy is followed. Receive telephone calls and take messages for guests who are out. Alert Security or Duty Manager of suspicious looking person(s) / articles. Your experience and skills include: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry (5* Hotel or resort). Good communication and customer contact skills. Service oriented with an eye for details. Ability to work effectively and contribute to a team. Self-motivated and energetic. Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times. Understanding and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
