Concierge Supervisor
Position: Concierge Supervisor
Department: Front Office
Reports to: Front Office Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager
Job Purpose:
To lead the Concierge team in providing exceptional and personalized service to guests, managing all guest requests, and acting as a primary source of information to enhance the guest experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and schedule the Concierge and Bell team.
• Provide expert recommendations and arrange reservations for dining, entertainment, tours, and transportation.
• Handle complex guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, tour operators, and attractions.
• Manage luggage handling, storage, and delivery for arriving and departing guests.
• Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of local information and contacts.
• Assist the Front Office team with check-in/check-out procedures during peak times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Concierge or in a supervisory role within the Front Office department of a luxury hotel.
• Extensive knowledge of Abu Dhabi's attractions, culture, and services.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a significant advantage.
• Professional appearance and impeccable grooming.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Proficiency in hotel operating systems (e.g., Opera).
