Key Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking an exceptional Concierge Team Shift leader to join our prestigious hotel Queen Elizabeth2 - Managed by Accor. As the leader of our concierge team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive world-class service and unforgettable experiences during their stay.

Lead and motivate the concierge team to deliver exceptional customer service Oversee daily operations of the concierge desk, including scheduling and task delegation Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression of our hotel Manage luggage handling and valet parking services Offer detailed information about hotel facilities and local attractions Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and tourism activities Promote and explain our loyalty program to guests Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the hotel entrance area Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for the concierge team Train and mentor new team members Manage a flexible 7-day roster, including morning and evening shifts including public holidays.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Concierge Shift leader or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Outstanding customer service orientation with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment * Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions
