Key Responsibilities
Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Serve as the first point of contact at the reception or lobby area.
Assist with general inquiries, directions, and information related to the property or services.
Coordinate guest requests such as transportation, maintenance follow-ups, bookings, and deliveries.
Monitor and manage visitor access in accordance with security procedures.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate logs for visitors, deliveries, and service requests.
Liaise with internal departments (housekeeping, security, maintenance, management) to ensure timely service delivery.
Ensure the lobby/reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Handle complaints or concerns politely and escalate issues when required.
Follow company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service certification is an advantage.
Proven experience in a concierge, receptionist, customer service, or front-desk role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Basic computer knowledge (email, MS Office, visitor management systems).
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
