Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and services.
Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or hospitality.
Make reservations for dining, entertainment, travel, and special events.
Arrange services such as transportation, housekeeping, maintenance, or deliveries.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local businesses, events, and community resources.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, security, front desk) to ensure seamless service.
Keep accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and service requests.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, phone calls, and correspondence.
Ensure a safe, welcoming, and customer-focused environment at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality or customer service training preferred).
Proven experience in a hospitality, customer service, or front desk role.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of the local area and its attractions.
Proficiency with computers and booking/reservation systems.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
