Greet and assist guests, residents, or visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide information about the facility, nearby locations, transport options, and local attractions.
Manage and respond to guest/resident inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for smooth operations.
Handle booking services such as taxis, reservations, courier pickups, etc.
Maintain visitor logs, handle mail or package delivery, and ensure lobby/front desk cleanliness.
Ensure smooth entry procedures and monitor guest access as per company policy.
Report suspicious activity or incidents to security/management immediately.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Concierge or similar customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays.
Language skills: English required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
