Report any problems that may arise through the general operation of the property to the Head Concierge or the Manager on Duty.
Adheres to all Resort rules and regulations as per Service Standard Policies and Procedures, and follows all communications discussed in daily shift briefing.
Handles all telephone inquiries using proper telephone standard.
Welcomes guests with appropriate greeting of the day and always assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
Ensures that guests are supplied with comprehensive and correct information they require on the city, tourist attractions, shopping malls, restaurants etc.
Communicates guest requirements to colleagues and other relevant departments with an understanding that guests are always number one priority in terms of service.
Maintains current knowledge of daily & weekly events and other activities taking place within and outside the Resort.
Takes responsibility for logging and resolving all guest complaints immediately.
Ensures the timely and efficient processing of each guest request throughout the entire process.
Attend training on respective tasks and duties in the case of health and safety, fire, or other emergency procedures.
Attend Departmental training sessions as requested.
Assist with other job-related tasks as and when requested.
Ensure guest information is always kept confidential as per resort standards.
Liaise with respective departments of special guest or group needs and requirements to ensure guest satisfaction.
Handles business related email inquiries that are intended for Concierge.
Excellent knowledge and understanding about the objectives and goals of the department
Be able to analyze information and evaluate results to choose best solutions and solve problems to guest satisfaction.
Be able to express, professionally deliver and comprehend correct information to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain harmonious working environment and professional relationship amongst colleagues within the department.
