Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner
Handle inquiries, requests, and service coordination efficiently
Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and general concierge services
Maintain records, logs, and basic administrative documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers
Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous experience in concierge, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Professional appearance and positive attitude
