- Five PM Real Estate - select and buy highly profitable real estate in Dubai;
- Stone Tree Vacation Homes - rent properties and provide property management services to owners and investors;
- ST Technical Service - care for all the processes appearing during the process of working with the apartment.
- performing the duty based on operations requirements: viewings, check ins, check outs, payment collections, inspections, etc.
- Having an experience in the same field or similar (minimum 1 year)
- high client focus and excellent customer service skills;
- stress resistance and complaint handling skills
- high attention to details and perfect communication skills
- UAE driving license
- have an intermediate level of English/Russian (spoken and written);
- solid communication skills, negotiating skills, self controlled and motivated;
- strong customer focus, decision making and problem solving.
- Visa - Entry Permit, Medical insurance;
