Job Description

• Must have an idea in fixing computers, laptops and any others related to computer games, PS5.

• Setting up and installing new hardware and software systems.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting computer issues.
• Maintaining hardware and software by conducting regular maintenance and updates.
• Identifying and resolving network, connectivity, and server issues.
• Upgrading firmware, software, and outdated hardware systems.
• Monitoring and maintaining security systems and installing updates.
• Providing technical support to users and resolving technical errors.
• Performing regular tests, upgrades, and backups.
• Preparing technical documents, such as error and maintenance reports.
• Creating user documents and providing training on new computer systems.

• speak to customers, either face to face or over the phone
• provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale
• advise on software features and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of contexts such as accounting, manufacturing or other specialist areas
• network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades
• handle hardware or software problems and faults, referring on to specialist technical colleagues where appropriate
• manage workload in order to organize and priorities daily and weekly goals
• contribute to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues.
