Assembly, building and troubleshooting of computer hardware and sold merchandise onsite and at customers' premises.
Doing retail sales tasks and duties, such as assisting customers and preparing quotes and receipts.
Recognizing the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the computer hardware/software offered by the company.
Checks inventory to ensure orders are in stock.
Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems, and peripherals.
