Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide expert advice and product recommendations on
laptops, desktops, CCTV systems, and accessories
.
Prepare detailed and accurate
quotations and invoices
for clients.
Handle customer inquiries over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain a neat and organized display of products in the shop.
Coordinate with suppliers and update stock levels when required.
Provide after-sales support and maintain good client relationships.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall shop growth.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years UAE experience
in computer and electronics sales.
Good knowledge of
laptops, desktop computers, CCTV systems, and accessories
.
Ability to
make professional quotations
and handle client proposals.
Fluent in Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Tech-savvy, quick learner, and able to adapt to new product lines.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must.
Must be presentable and customer-service oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with
POS systems or accounting software
is a plus.
UAE Driving License is an advantage.
Background in basic computer troubleshooting or technical support is preferred.
Salary:
Based on experience + Commission
