We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient
Computer Operator
to join our travel and tourism company. The role involves handling
flight ticket bookings, hotel reservations, and general office work
, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The candidate should have strong computer skills, accuracy in data entry, and knowledge of travel booking systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Book
flight tickets
for customers using online booking portals and GDS systems (if applicable).
Handle
hotel reservations
and coordinate with clients and suppliers.
Manage daily office documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.
Prepare and maintain booking records, invoices, and travel itineraries.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person.
Coordinate with travel agents, airlines, and hotels to confirm bookings.
Assist in preparing reports and maintaining office databases.
Ensure timely completion of office administrative duties.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
Proven experience as a
computer operator, office assistant, or travel booking agent
(travel industry experience is an advantage).
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
and internet browsing.
Knowledge of
airline ticketing systems / hotel booking portals
preferred.
Strong communication skills (English; Arabic/other languages are a plus).
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Customer service-oriented mindset.

Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
