Job descriptions: Volume is seeking skilled and motivated composite engineer who will be part of growing and dynamic team responsible for design and development of unmanned aerial vehicles and multirotor vehicles. A thorough knowledge of composite UAV airframes subjects such as Strength of composite materials, FEA and ANSYS, Composite structures design, carbon fiber layering and stacking sequence. 1. Knowledge and experience in composite materials such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, and Kevlar. 2. Knowledge of the properties of composite materials such as mechanical and physical properties. And the ability to read the technical datasheet to extract mechanical specifications such as tensile strength or modulus of elasticity needed for composite materials design and selection. 3. Knowledge and experience in composite materials used in aerospace and UAV (drones) Airframe applications, including selection, application, design, and performance. 4. The ability to design carbon fiber structures using ANSYS and calculate the number of carbon fiber layers and their orientation (carbon fiber layering and stacking sequence) to resist the required loads. 5. Structural analysis with hand calculation and FEA analysis. 6. Designing UAV and drone structures using composite material using ANSYS software 7. Designing carbon fiber skins for UAV (drone) airframes using ANSYS, this process includes - Designing the skin for fuselage, wings, tails, booms, and fuselage with optimized thickness and weight. - Calculating the number of carbon fiber layers and their orientation needed to design the skin of the wings, tails, booms, and fuselage. 8. Designing carbon fiber internal structure for UAV (drone) airframes using ANSYS, this process includes - Designing carbon fiber internal structures for wings: ribs, spars, and so on. - Designing carbon fiber internal structures for tails: ribs, spars, and so on. - Designing carbon fiber internal structures for fuselage and booms: internal ribs. Qualifications: You have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent. You have 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience. You are a communicative team player and have organizational and implementation power You have a responsible, initiative and solution-oriented way of working Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
