Job descriptions: Volume is seeking skilled and motivated carbon fiber technician who will be part of growing and dynamic team responsible for manufacturing and development of carbon fiber parts. Responsible for Manufacturing of structures using Carbon fiber, Kevlar and glass fiber. Excellent ability to use Kevlar Fiberglass, Carbon Fiber and other carbon materials to complete repairs Strong ability to fabricate parts. Excellent ability to use bonds and adhesive to join carbon fiber parts. Experienced in using Prepreg, Vacuum Bagging, Oven Curing and hand layup methods. Manufacturing of carbon fiber products. Experienced in using cutting, sanding, finishing tools. Experienced in using different workshop tools. Designing and fabricating pieces in carbon fiber with compact design as per the customer requirements. Assist in the lay-up of composite materials to molds. Ability to perform adhesive mixing, composite layup and curing. Strong Knowledgeable about composite structure repair. Having Experience in Integration of composite parts. Qualifications: You have 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience.
