Job Description
An excellent opportunity is available with a governmental investment entity based in Abu Dhabi for a Compliance Senior Associate to support the team in managing compliance risk regarding ethical conduct, investment guidelines, compliance training, sanctions, and regulatory requirements.
Reporting to the Head of Ethics and Compliance you will:
- Lead and Oversee projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, time lines, and stakeholder communication strategies to drive efficiency.
- Analyse and forecast resource needs to align with department objectives and demands.
- Ensure optimal allocation of team members and resources to meet current and future projects.
- Review and enhance compliance processes to streamline operations and improve team productivity.
