Position: Operationist / Compliance Manager
We are looking for a motivated professional to join our growing team in the position of Compliance & Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Execution and monitoring of international and local bank payments Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all financial transactions Assisting with compliance and regulatory requirements in banking operations Supporting day-to-day operational tasks and reporting Collaborating with management on financial and compliance matters
Requirements:
Must be a Russian Speaker Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision Good understanding of financial markets and banking compliance Previous banking or financial operations experience is an advantage Strong command of English and Russian (both written and spoken) Ability to start immediately is highly desirable
