. In this role, you will be the guardian of our contractual obligations, ensuring that all business agreements align with legal regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. You will monitor performance milestones, mitigate risks of non-compliance, and act as the primary liaison between Legal, Procurement, and Finance to ensure every clause is honored and every risk is managed.

Experience:
3-5 years of experience in
Contract Compliance
, Legal Auditing, or Procurement Risk Management.
Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with
CLM Software
(e.g., Icertis, Sirion, Ironclad) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data tracking.
Analytical Thinking:
Ability to interpret complex legal jargon and translate it into actionable operational requirements.
