is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to ensure our operations align with legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will establish, implement, and monitor effective compliance programs while fostering a culture of ethical conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee company compliance policies and procedures.
Monitor all operations and processes to ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards, including real estate laws in the UAE.
Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and reviews to identify potential compliance issues.
Stay updated on applicable laws, regulations, and best practices to address changes in compliance requirements.
Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters.
Liaise with regulatory bodies, external auditors, and other stakeholders.
Investigate and resolve any compliance-related concerns or complaints.
Maintain records of compliance activities, including investigations and outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or in a similar role within the real estate industry is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and compliance standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High ethical standards and attention to detail.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
