Job Description

We are looking for a Compliance Officer (CCO) to lead our compliance, risk, and governance framework in
alignment with UAE Central Bank regulations and international best practices

Role Overview

As Compliance Officer, you will oversee all aspects of regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering (AML),
counter-terrorist financing (CTF), and risk management. You will serve as the company's key liaison with
regulators, ensuring that all operations and processes meet local and international compliance standards.
You will work directly with the executive team to cultivate a culture of integrity and operation al excellence across
all departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's compliance and AML/CTF programs.
- Ensure full adherence to UAE Central Bank regulations and FATF guidelines.
- Monitor, review, and report on compliance risks and control effectiveness.
- Lead internal audits and compliance reviews, and oversee responses to regulatory inspections
- Manage relationships with regulators, banks, and law enforcement authorities.
- Provide compliance training and guidance to management and staff.
- Advise on new products, services, and partnerships to ensure regulatory soundness,
- Prepare and submit compliance and STR/CTR reports as required.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in compliance management within the money exchange or remittance industry in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE Central Bank regulations, FATF standards, and AML/CTF laws.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Certifications such as CAMS, CCO, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
