We are urgently hiring a Compliance Officer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong Exchange house or banking experience and ensure that our company adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, helping to mitigate risks and maintain regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure compliance with AML, CFT, and other relevant regulations. Develop, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments. Liaise with regulatory bodies and prepare compliance reports. Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters. Investigate suspicious activities and escalate issues appropriately.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a Exchange house or Banking Compliance Officer, preferably in the financial services or exchange house sector. Strong knowledge of UAE Exchange house or financial regulations, AML, and CFT laws. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
