Ensure the organization's operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Develop, review, and implement compliance policies and procedures. Monitor internal systems to ensure compliance with laws and standards. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to detect potential issues. Report and escalate compliance breaches or risks to senior management. Provide training sessions to staff on compliance-related topics. Collaborate with legal, finance, and HR departments to coordinate compliance efforts. Keep up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends. Investigate compliance concerns and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Job Profile
Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a compliance, auditing, or regulatory role is preferred. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high ethical standards.
