Job Summary:

We're hiring a

Compliance Officer

to help us drive performance across departments. This role is responsible for setting and monitoring daily KPIs, rating departmental performance, and resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively. You should be tech-savvy, highly organized, and able to work with data-driven tools to track and report on compliance and service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Set daily KPIs for each department and monitor performance. Evaluate and rate departments based on compliance and results. Manage customer complaints from receipt to resolution. Maintain detailed performance and complaint records. Collaborate with department heads to ensure accountability. Use digital tools for tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.

Requirements:

Experience in compliance, operations, or performance monitoring. Tech-savvy and comfortable using dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment.

Preferred:

Prior experience in FMCG or fresh produce sector is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
