We seek a detail-oriented and meticulous compliance officer from financial trading background. This job is based in Business Bay, Dubai. ROLE:

Verifying all transactions and activities involving Instruments such as LC, SBLC, and BG comply with applicable laws, global norms, and banking policies.
Transaction Monitoring: Examine and approve the issuance of Instruments as well as any connected transactions and check the documentation\'s accuracy and thoroughness.
Policy Development and Implementation: Drafting BG, LC, And SBLC Transaction and ensuring compliance with Global Banking Norms, Such as The UCP 600 & and URDG 758
Training and Guidance: Provide training to staff on compliance matters
Risk Assessment: Determine potential hazards associated with financial instruments suggest risk reduction measures and verify that no fraud or money-laundering activities occurred during the transaction
Audit and Reporting: Prepare Compliance reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies.
Regulatory Liaison: Stay updated with regulatory changes concerning banking instruments.
