Job Description

Our company is looking for a motivated and experienced compliance officer to guarantee that our business processes and transactions follow the QCB regulations and internal guidelines. Your duties will include reviewing, developing company policies, and responding to policy violations. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should be excellent in risk management and Fintech industry's principles. Responsibilities:

• Develop and review our company policies.
• Adhere to regulatory reporting guidelines and filing deadlines egal
• Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
• Regularly compliance assessment company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
• Advise management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
• Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
• Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
• Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance
• Keep himself abreast with the new and changing regulatory rules and ensure their implementation in the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business management, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a compliance officer role preferably in bank sector or financial institutions.
• Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
• candidate must be in Qatar with a valid residence permit & NOC

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month Experience:
