Dicetek LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Officer to support regulatory and governance functions within its financial services operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of UAE and DFSA compliance frameworks, AML regulations, and asset management processes. This role requires a proactive professional capable of maintaining regulatory adherence, monitoring compliance controls, and supporting risk mitigation efforts within a dynamic financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank AML regulations and DFSA rulebook requirements.
• Monitor adherence to internal compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
• Conduct reviews of asset management and private banking operations to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining compliance reports and regulatory submissions.
• Support investigations of potential compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide advice and guidance to business units on compliance-related matters and emerging regulatory developments.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors and regulatory authorities as required.
• Promote a culture of compliance awareness and ethical conduct throughout the organization.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of compliance experience in financial services, preferably in asset management, wealth management, or private banking.
• Solid understanding of DFSA and UAE Central Bank regulations.
• Professional certifications such as ACAMS, ICA, or CISI are desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proficient in MS Office and strong command of written and spoken English.
