Key Responsibilities
Ensure the company's full compliance with
ADGM regulations
and other applicable laws.
Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures.
Monitor business activities to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks.
Prepare and submit compliance reports and filings to regulatory authorities.
Conduct internal audits, compliance reviews, and investigations when required.
Provide compliance training and guidance to staff across the business.
Act as the primary liaison with ADGM regulators and external stakeholders.
Support management in ensuring ethical practices and regulatory transparency.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of compliance experience
, preferably within ADGM or other UAE free zones.
Experience in
real estate, property development, or financial services
is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of
AML, KYC, and financial crime prevention frameworks.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Certifications (an advantage, but not mandatory)
